Delivery
We ship all your orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, the delivery cost is £3.40 - but if you shop for over £100 we'll treat you to free shipping. We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible, so your products should be shipped out within 48 hours of ordering.
At the moment we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom (and temporarily to the United States, but please note the cost of shipping to the US is higher), however if you are based anywhere else please contact us and we can try to help you out!
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Little Skandi, but understand that sometimes it might not be a perfect fit. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at sales@littleskandi.com. We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items or other issues with a delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can get this rectified.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges at this point. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and to make a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, as long as the item is in the conditions mentioned above, you’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
